FERTILE GROUND the North East’s professional graduate dance company presents extracts from Dancing the Road triple bill as part of The Late Shows 2016 alongside a photographic exhibition on the company's past and present in our atmospheric 13th Century Chapel.

The performances feature extracts from:-

EIGHT STEPS Choreographed by Malgorzata Dzierzon is inspired by the game of chess.

ERA choreographed by award winning dancer/choreographer James Wilton explores the dark side of digital technology.

ELEPHANT DANCES investigates the Indian elephant headed god Ganesha and our relationship with the great and wise elephant.

Performance times: 7pm - 7.30pm, 8pm - 8.30pm, 9pm - 9.30pm, and 10pm - 10.30pm.

The work is suitable for all age groups. There will be refreshments and art activities suitable for smaller children throughout the evening.
