    Monday 4 April 2016 to Thursday 5 May 2016
    • 'Lifelines' is a collaborative project between six arts studios across the North East: Atrium/Hartlepool Art Studios; Arts 4 Wellbeing, South Shields; Bill Quay Art Studio, Gateshead; Chilli Studios, Newcastle; North Tyneside Art Studio, North Shields and Phoenix Art Group, Stockton. All offer facilities for people with mental health issues.

As this video explains, http://vimeo.com/148330720 the Lifelines project was originally shown at The Bridge Gallery at Tynemouth Metro from 1st December 2015 until 12th January 2016, when it transferred to the Artrium Shop in Hartlepool, where was on show until 13th February 2016.

    • Sanctuary Artspace will host work that artists Bee Taylor, Garry Hunter, Ben Wilson and Matthew Kolakowski made with the studios, including a selection of glass, cardboard sculpture, photography - and chewing gum art. These will be displayed with creative logbooks made by the participants.

    • The 'Lifelines' project was funded by Esmée Fairbairn Foundation
